Booking Information & Policies
In order to better serve my clients they must follow the policies in order to reserve their service appointment.
1. Upon booking please read the description as well as appointment time. Understand that services take a certain amount of time and please plan accordingly. Please understand that phone use and texting is not an option for some services and may disrupt appointment or may use up service time.
2. After booking, if your service is above $30 a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required. It is required within 48 hours or the appointment will be re released. Once I receive the deposit you will receive a confirmation with the address. I am located in East Whittier, CA 90605.
Deposits may be made via Zelle or Apple Pay.

3. For new clients, I will confirm appointment request by end of business day. Texting is always best if you have a question because I cannot answer the phone while I am in service with another client.
4. Service and Treatment room is for client only. I cannot accommodate additional guests unless specified and approved by myself.
5. If a client "no call no show" I will no longer be able to assist them for any future services. Please be mindful and respectful that you may be taking the appointment from another eager client and I am a small business owner providing the services solo. I do reserve the right to deny any client who does not follow policy guidelines.
